Returns and exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification email with approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance  as we can’t guarantee we will safely receive your returned item.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders
