Take special care to ensure a longer life of the jewelry.

To protect it avoid contact with abrasive surfaces, sweat, cosmetics or chemicals and clean with soft cloth as soon as possible if the contact occurs. 

Store the jewelry away from humidity and sunlight.

Gold plated jewelry have a 24k gold plating – a treatment to acquire uniform layer of gold that protects brass from tarnishing and gives luxury appeareance.  Although the gold plating is high quality it can happen that it discolours over time because the gold layer fades. Therefore, take special care to avoid contact with abrasive surface, water and beauty products. Take the jewellery off when showering, doing sports or swimming. And also take off rings when washing your hands.

 Cleaning your jewelrly

 For the gold plated ones you can use a mild washing up liquid with warm water and a soft toothbrush, then rinse with clean water and polish & dry with a cotton pad
